LALO Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your new furniture.  Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is freight damage or a problem with your order, contact LALO Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. You may also contact us via e-mail at info@LALO-outdoor.com

Please retain all of your original packaging until you are sure that you will be keeping your purchase.

 

If the item simply does not work in your space, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. Please note that products must be returned in new and sellable condition, you must pay all shipping costs to return the furniture, and original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.  While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur.  Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

 

How to return an item:

If you need to return an item please:

  1. Call 844-439-1825 or email customer service at info@LALO-outdoor.com to explain the issue. Please provide your Order Number and photos of the item if damaged or defective.
  2. LALO will provide a Return Authorization for your return. Please write the Return Authorization number (RA#) on your package and include a copy of the purchase receipt.
  3. Repackage items in their original packaging.
  4. LALO will accept merchandise returns for standard delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt, less a 20% restocking fee. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at our warehouse location. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value, less a 20% restocking fee. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Store returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID.

For more information on how to return an item and for return-shipping instructions, please call us at (844) 439-1825 between 8:00AM and 5:00PM MT, Monday through Friday. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase.

 

Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

 

Special Order and Custom Items

All Special Order and Custom items are made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in manufacturing.  All Special Order and Custom must be 100% prepaid.

Delivery Services

Charges on all delivery services, including standard, expedited and White Glove Delivery services will not be refunded.
