How long will it take to receive my order?
If items are in stock they will typically will arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Lead times on items can vary from 8-14 weeks. Customer service will contact you by email with the estimated ship dates of your order. You will have the option to cancel the order within one 48 hours of the order date.
Special Order items: Special order items with custom colors and design must be paid in full upon ordering and are not returnable.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number and additional information to help you track your shipment. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed during the ordering process and have the option to place a back order.
How are products shipped?
Products are shipped via Fed-Ex or common carrier (a freight company) depending on the overall size and weight of your order. If your order is shipped via common carrier, you will be contacted one to two days in advance to schedule a Monday through Friday curbside delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the order.
What is curbside delivery?
Our standard method of delivery is curbside. This means the item will be delivered by Fed Ex or if shipped by common carrier, you must meet the delivery truck in front of your shipping destination and may have to assist in unloading your products from the truck. You will receive a call one to two days in advance to schedule a delivery.
What is the White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is an upgraded shipping option that includes the unpacking of your product(s), assembly of the products, disposal of packaging debris and the placement of items inside your home or business. You will receive a call one to two days in advance to schedule a delivery. This upgraded delivery service is available for an additional charge. White Glove Delivery does not include the moving of pre-existing items and is not available in Canada.

How much does shipping cost?
Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight, and size of items. Shipping charges and delivery details for items in your cart are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
